The world came to a standstill when Toyota relaunched the legendary Supra sports car in 2020 after a 21-year long hiatus. After capturing the automotive industry’s interest with much furor in 2020, the 2021 model-year version of the Toyota GR Supra has been spruced up to further solidify its presence. The 2021 Toyota GR Supra is a carryover of the 2020 model-year version with a few notable additions and tweaks. Toyota has added a new 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that comes standard in the base trim. As far as the 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine goes, Toyota has increased the power output to 382 horsepower, a solid 47 horses more than what was offered in the 2020 model. Staying true to its legacy, the 2021 GR Supra is agile and fast. Thanks to the bump in the power output, the 3.0-liter GR Supra can cross the 60-mph mark from a standstill in just 3.9 seconds. The 2.0-liter engine option does not cease to amaze with an impressive 0 – 60 mph time of 5 seconds.
The 2021 Toyota GR Supra is offered in four trims, namely the GR Supra 2.0, GR Supra 3.0, GR Supra 3.0 Premium, and the limited GR Supra A91 Edition that is new for the 2021 model year version. 2021 Toyota GR Supra A91 Edition

New for the 2021 model year, the A91 edition is limited to 1,000 units. The 2021 GR Supra A91 Edition adds some exquisite external touches such as a rear black carbon fiber lip spoiler, 19-inch matte black alloy wheels, C-pillar graphics, and carbon fiber mirror caps.  Coming to the interior, the GR Supra A91 Edition is clad with exclusive black Alcantara® leather with blue contrast stitching and a special trunk mat. Not to forget, you also get a pair of black key holders with contrasting blue stitching to go along with the theme. The 2021 Toyota GR Supra A91 Edition will be available in two exterior color options, Nocturnal and Refraction, the latter exclusive to the A91 Edition.

2021 Toyota GR Supra Safety Features

The 2021 Toyota GR Supra comes equipped with intuitive safety and driver-assistance features. To begin with, the 2021 GR Supra has a Smart Key System that gives seamless access to the driver and passenger while also preventing un-monitored access to strangers. The chassis of the 2021 GR Supra has been retuned to increase roll resistance and improve cornering stability.  The 2021 Toyota GR Supra also comes with a host of driver assistance features such as Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Warning, Hill Start Assist Control, and Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), to name a few.
